There is no feature paywall between Starter and Pro — the difference is capacity.

## What the higher tiers add

- **Pro ($89)** — 3 instances, 5 seats, and priority support.
- **Enterprise ($199)** — unlimited instances and seats, plus a **private dedicated VPS**, **deploy-region selection**, and an **admin & monitoring panel**. These are genuine Enterprise-only capabilities, not just larger limits.

## API credits and BYOK

Each plan includes a monthly API credit allowance ($15 / $30 / $50) that covers model usage. Alternatively,
**BYOK mode** lets you supply your own provider API key and pay the model provider directly with no markup —
useful once usage exceeds the included allowance.

## How to choose

- **Starter** — one person running one assistant on one channel.
- **Pro** — a small team, or anyone running several assistants at once.
- **Enterprise** — teams needing isolation (dedicated VPS), data residency (region selection), or admin oversight.

The usual reason to upgrade is instance count or the need for dedicated infrastructure, not credits —
BYOK removes the credit ceiling on any plan.
